We have 100 acres on the north and south sides of Philadelphia Road zoned Agricultural. We also have the 12.4 acres at the SE Corner of 515 and Philadelphia Rd. zoned Commercial. 25 additional acres on the southside is available.

A lift station and force main will be needed to reach the existing sewer on the south side of Philadelphia. DR Horton has purchased 49 acres on the South side of Philadelphia Rd and the East side of the 25 acre tract. DR Horton is building 277 Townhomes adjacent to the 25 acre tract.
