About Me
Charlie Hawkins began his commercial real estate career in 2014 soon after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.
Returning to his hometown of Gainesville, GA, Charlie soon began consulting clients across North Ga gaining experience and success within various markets, including Industrial, Office, Retail, Medical, Investments, and Land.
With clients across multiple industry sectors, Charlie has found success in leveraging his sphere of influence and relationships, providing opportunities from several avenues within both Sales and Leasing.
He is a Top Producer with the company and can be found mentoring and training others entering the industry within the firm.
Charlie is married to Abby (school Teacher) and a father to Charlie Jr., Lucy James and Jack!
